Kaden Cook | Production Development Manager | with Finance Concepts since 2023
Born in Alabama, Kaden Cook comes from a family rooted in the South, with ties to New Orleans and Texas. His journey in the automotive industry began early, shaped by his father’s 30+ years of experience as a General Manager in the car business.
After moving to Northern West Virginia, Kaden balanced a competitive hockey career—playing AAA throughout high school and for West Virginia University (WVU)—while also working at a dealership. Starting as a service washer, he steadily worked his way up through detailing, lot management, PDI inspections, and inventory photography, all while pursuing his degree. His background in psychology led him into risk management within an in-house insurance agency at the dealership, but his true passion emerged when he was promoted to Finance Manager. He spent years refining his expertise in finance.
A career move brought Kaden to Southern West Virginia, where he and his wife, whom he met at WVU, settled after she accepted a position at a law firm in the city. Now, they share their home with their Olde English Bulldogge, Basco. Outside of work, Kaden enjoys working out, exploring new cuisines, traveling and visiting with family, binge-watching TV shows, and staying active with house projects.
With a deep understanding of both the operational and financial sides of the automotive industry, Kaden is passionate about training management and sales teams to maximize their potential!
